Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pigeon Forge South, TN

Hotel was centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Tub/shower combo were large and there was plenty of hot water. Lighting in room was great! Loved the River view from room and outside seating next to River. Breakfast afforded different options each day - all quite good. Housekeeping was awesome. Plenty of charging ports. Room was very spacious.

Front desk staff members were very friendly, and helpful. Our housekeeper Amee was super nice. When she would see us in the hall she would greet us with a smile. The breakfast host always had a smile on his face no matter how busy the dining room was. The breakfast selection was nice, there was something for everyone. Location was easy to find. Enjoyed sitting in the outside lounge area in the evenings listening to the water and watching the ducks.

The overall experience was great. From the hotel to staff and being close to anything and everything was super cool. We will definitely be back.We liked everything. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It took us like 20 minutes or less to get to Gatlinburg. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall I would give them a 10+ and would recommend them to others. Everything was so clean and crisp. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room. The entire place was exceptional!

The location was in the most convenient place- not in the busiest place but not far from a lot of attractions. Also the drive to Gatlinburg was shorter due to being so close to the edge of Pigeon Forge. My son loved every bit of it from the pool, the wide breakfast selection, and the “mini store” that they offered on sight. The cleaning staff were super friendly and prompt; the front desk we also pleasant. Easy check-in’s are always a plus for my family and I. I could tell the room was thoroughly cleaned before our stay. The bathroom were neat. No stains on any of the bedding and towels/wash cloths or smells upon arrival during our stay.

After our four hour drive from Nashville we were able to get an earlier check in, which was very helpful, as we'd got afternoon tickets to Dollywood, and for obvious security reasons did not want to leave all our luggage in the car. We were allocated a room on the top (7th) floor, which was absolutely lovely. Room was faultlessly clean, with all the facilities we required. Bed was very comfortable, and ensured that during our four nights stay we slept well. The staff that we encountered were polite, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast provided was perfectly adequate. Plenty of free parking, Location, at the end of Parkway was perfectly OK, with numerous eateries nearby. I have no hesitation about recommending this hotel, and if ever I return to Pigeon Forge I'll book it again. 😊
